If you ever wish to by a renault car - my sincere suggest, dont bother to ever visit Jay Vijay motors. This is the most pathetic dealer you can think of! False promises, zero courtesy and absolutely no concerns for the customer are their specialties. They actually don't need any customers it seems, as they would do only what they want and when they want.
These guys had promised me a delivery in 3 days, the manager then says that is not possible as we have a policy of 6 days. No one knows what is the process when I called the executive (Somnath) for delivery he didn't bother to pick up the phone. Then the manager calls me and tells me that it will be done only after 2 days. The finance intimation of the payment had not come and hence we did not send it earlier for passing. No ownership whatsoever. No communication with the customers just pathetic and disgusting service!!!
DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THEM - is my final verdict.
