Hello friends, today I am writing a review on Jaxtart.com. I just started using this site two months ago. Here you can buy your desirable clothes, mobile accessories like flip covers and batteries, pc accessories etc with affordable price.
On 5th July I ordered for a back pannel for my Lumia 520. It costs me 499Rs. It said that my product would come within 6-7 days. I was ok with this time duration. It became 8 days, then 10 days then went on and on. Finally I got my delivery after 16 days. I was very much disappointed with this type of treatment by the company. I felt like they don't care for customer at all. This site is not satisfactory at all as they are delivering products in a great delay. I got a bad experience still was happt somehow getting my good.
Product packaging is good, no doubt. I unsealed it and had a look on my back pannel. It was just of OK type. Product quality is average as we are not getting the original one from Nokia.
Apart from this I got an issue with their system executives. I was not getting my mails on time. I would like to say one thing that I am a busy person. So I just check my mails only. Mails are not sent properly on time. I was totaly ignorant about my product's status. This is not reliable at all that I feel. Executives should look into this matter.
I never returned or replaced anything to this site. so I have a little knowledge regarding this matter.
App is running good both in my smartphone and PC. It is smooth and customizing. I feel good for this. But guys you know first impression is the last impression. So I don't think I will further buy my needs from this shopping site as once I was cheated with late delivery.
