JASSI JAISI KOI NAHIN! Agreed! Us jaisi koi ho bhi kaise sakti hai? They promote the serial by saying that it would make the other people feel better who are like ?jassi?. It would make them realize that even a bad looking girl can achieve everything in life. Actually, it is certainly true that looks don?t matter, it?s only brilliance that matters but it does not fit on this serial.
The intention of the serial is only one-sponsors! Do you remember the ? Mihir come back? story of ? kyonki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi?? Headlines on first pages of newspapers ?Mihir is alive?. What was that for? Obviously to attract more people and hence more sponsors. The same thing jassi makers want to repeat when jassi will be changed. Okay. Tell me something.
If they actually had the intention to relieve the people who don?t have extraordinary looks, then why would they select a supermodel and a former Miss India contestant for their serial? And why is that giant framed ? chashma? placed on her eyes? What about those ?close neck? suits and ?ground touching? dupattas? Fine, they say she has been carried out in a simple environment, but atleast not in the stone age! Her own family ladies are not like her! Well, all this has been done to bring about drastic change in her from ?stone age? to ?space age?. And obviously more sponsors.
Jassi: Jumps while acting, shivers in unnecessary situations.
Armaan: Overacts with a long smile of his.
Raj : Good acting, has played the role well, creates comic situations in a nice manner.
Mallika: Has played the role well. Seems fit in the role.
Nandu: Does well the role assigned to him. Acts well.
Purab: Acts really well, far better than Armaan.
