Complaint Nos: 697601, 714202 and 1 more(no sms was sent to me for 3rd complaint no.)
I had made 3 complaints for different issues relating to Jaquar bathroom accessories which are under warranty. The first complaint was made 22 days back. 2nd and 3rd complaints were made within the next 2 days.
Initially the technician came and took away the faulty part away thereby disabling me to use the product. 22 days have gone by but he has not returned with the replacement.
The technician then made inspection of minor leakage of a hand shower. He completely disassembled the product and could not rearrange the parts correctly as a result he damaged the product and the shower is now leaking with Full Force! thereby making it unusable.
In the 3rd complaint the technician had to replace certain parts which were damaged by unskilled Jaquar technicians. On the telephonic conversation the operator assured me that the parts would be replaced for free of cost but till date no one has even visited my place.
It looks that Jaquar is only interested in selling items with inflated warranties of 10 years but they have no will or desire to actually give the customer professional after sales service.
I am now considering to approach the consumer forum here to enforce the 10 year warranty condition given to me by Jaquar.
