Recently This Year Our New House Has Been Constructed And We Are Arranging Things For Our New House And Out Of It We Are Looking For SANITARYWARE And WATER TAPS And Other Fittings Of Bathroom Me And My Father Had Went To Different Aftermarket Shops And Explored Many Designs Of Water Tap And Fittings But We Didn't Like Much Of Them After That We Went To JAqUAR Exclusive Showroom There They Had Placed Their Range In Display In Which It Includes FAUCETS, SHOWERS, WHIRLPOOL, SANITARYWARE, BATHTUBS ETC.

~ Out Of Which We Had Selected Few Design For WATER TAPS And Then Finalizes One Out Of Them The Design Which We Had Choosen Is Exclusive And Expensive It Cost For Us Around Rs 590 For One WATER TAP And We Had Purchased 15 Jaquar Water Taps Beside That We Had Purchased 2 BathTub Tap Which Cost Us Around 1900 For One Piece While 2 Shower Rotator Cost For 2000 Rs And 2 Sanitary Ware Cost For Rs 7200, The Salesman Of Jaquar Had Assured Us About Quality And Durability And Keeping That In Mind My Father Trusted On Them And Placed The Order For Same.

~ They Had Taken Advance Payment Of Rs 3000 And Told Us That All The Fittings Will Delivered To Us Tomorrow Morning But We Kept On Waiting For It But Nobody Has Camed Till Evening After That We Called At JAqUAR Store To Know The Reason That Why Our Order Has Not Delivered They Told Us That Design Which We Had Selected Is Out Of Stock So It Will Take One Day More To Deliver But In Reality They Had Delivered Our Order After 3 Days Of Constant Calls The Packaging Of Jaquar Fittings Are Good And Innovative.

~ The Style And Design Whether Of Water Tap, Bathtub Tap, Rotator And Sanitaryware All Are Exclusive And Stylish We Had Seen Many Designs In Market But The Designs Which We Had Seen At Jaquar Showroom Is We Like The Most And It Had Forced Us Mainly To Purchase It As For Sure We Had Not Seen Designs Of Jaquar Fittings Anywhere Complete Range Of Jaquar Sanitaryware And Fittings Are Exclusive And Stylish, After We Had Installed The Sanitaryware And Other Fittings In Our Bathrooms We Had Used It Without Any Issue For Only 2 Months.

~ After That We Had Find Problems Particularly With The Quality Of SANITARYWARE And WaterTap As The Salesman Told Us That Watertaps Are Made Up Of High Quality Steel It Will Not Catch Rust But A Fake Silver Finishing Has Been Applied On The WaterTaps As A Result Now All Silver Finishing Is Removing And Turning Into Gold Brass Also Most Of The Taps Had Turned Into Black While The Sanitaryware Are Very Light In Weight And Made Up Of Cheap Quality Within 1 Month Of Usage It's White Color Has Dulled Completely And It Looks Cheap.

We Had Complaint About It To Jaquar Showroom There Agent Has Camed To Our Home And Checked The Sanitaryware And Fittings But They Constantly Making Excuses That They Will Talk About It To Higher Authorities But They Are Not Giving Any Resolution To Our Problem I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Purchase Jaquar SANITARYWARE As The Quality Of Sanitaryware Are Not Upto Mark And Non Durable There Customer Service Is Slow They Didn't Show Any Concern In Solving Queries Of Customer Seriously.
