Saucer ( Chhindwara) The only temple in India in which the statue of Chamtakarik Hanumnaji is in sleeping posture is located in Jamsandwali.It is situated just middle of Chhindwara and Nagpur. The distance from Chhindwara is 65 Km. People can reach either from Nagpur or Chhindwara. Taxis and buses are available to visit this place.For hundreds of years, Lord Shrimurti ( Chamtakarik Hanumnaji) is under the tree of Peepal. It is said that before the years, the idol was under stagnant state. Thieves came to rob this because of the news of the treasure being found under this tree. During this Khardi Shrimant showed his miracle and thieves fled, but since then Srimurti( Chamtakarik Hanumnaji) is resting sleeping posture.Rituals are done by the devotees to remove the diseases in the temple. Devotees fasts for 45 days during their stay at the temple and they take only black tea. During this time, chanting Shriram and Jai Hanuman have to be chanted. In the temple there are special puja on Kartik Purnima, Guru Purnima, Chaitra Purnima, Ramnavmi, Hanuman Jayanti, Vaishakh Purnima, Tripurari Purnima. During this time Bhajan-Keertan, Ramdhun, Ramjap happens. The committee is set up for the temple's arrangements. This committee also takes care of the facilities and arrangements in the temple.People offer vermilion, loincloth, saffron flag, jasmine oil, especially cotton beads, peepal leaves to Srimurthi( Chamtakarik Hanumnaji) . It is believed that human pride is vanished as they entered in the temple. Apart from this, people get rid of psychiatry and psychological diseases.People can stay either in Nagpur or Chhindwara. The temple trust is also having facilities for staying there.
