I had taken a loan from Family Credit for purchasing a two wheeler.For payment of EMI I had opted for auto Debit from my bank account. From the very 1st month they are informing me that the ECS is being returned by the bank for "technical reasons". I had visited their office but their executives could not provide any reason as to what is meant by technical reasons. Now, as per their advise I had to go to my Bank, fill up a fresh auto debit form and again go to their office to submit the same. I was also informed that for every month of auto debit failure I have to pay about Rs 350/- per month though I do not have any fault on the matter.
My advise is STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
When I visited their Office I met many other people who had many grievances and they were being made to run from pillar to post for months on end.
As gathered in their office it is next to impossible to get them to give you the necessary NOC even after all your dues have been cleared.
This is the worst loan agency I have ever experienced.They should be shut down immediately.
