My experience with this bank was gross and really creepy. Despite of having a loan account I applied for an educational loan from this bank for a certified course still they didn't approved my request stating that I need some property to mortgage here. At first they were like yes you'll get the loan, we support education to a lot of extent and finally when my documents were ready they didn't approved it for this reason. Despite of not having a property at the moment, Atleast I have a salary account, can't you approve me a loan for my education.
Well, when these goons rejected my loan request. They deducted 600 rs. Processing fee, I mean I am in need of money at this very moment and even after rejecting my loan you deducted 600 rs. from my account.
This bank is none other less than a waste of time. I would have given the reviews in minus but there's no such option.
Opt for SBI, AXIS BANK and INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK they are far better in serving as compared to this stupid bank.
