It's located in the city Maheshwar which is near to indore. Jaleshwar Temple is among those temples of Maheshwar, which are dedicated to Lord Shiva. The presiding deity is worshipped as God of Water, which is counted among the various forms of Lord Shiva.
The architecture of the temple is very good and it overlooks the Ahilya Ghat. It's located on the banks of the river Narmada inside the Ahilya Fort. You can visit the temple and also opt for boating in the river Narmada at very reasonable price. Very nice place for photography. There are approximately 81 ghats next to the temple in river Narmada.
