All these so called weight loss clinics keep making big claims. At the back of my mind I know that they dont work - yet I keep trying something or the other as I happen to be a lazy fellow who simply cannot sustain any exercise.
I tried diets, honestly - practically all of them. you name it and I have tried it - all end up in rebound weight gain. I had been reading about Jalan Healthcare from a very long time. No diets, no exercise only homeopathy and all their stuff. I cam across reviews which were not very encouraging. I waited for 4-5 years & then I decided what the heck* lets try it. Alright did it work -
Yes. Thats awesome - I was asked not to diet. and not to do any exercise( I did a bit of my own stuff although as I wanted some damn thing to work for me and didnt want to take any chances)See it makes sense - as a fat man I never really ate more than others - so there was no point trying to cut down further on food.
At jalan I was asked to check weight on their scale(i still dont understand why their scale is seeming right and mine is wrong) call everyday & take morning evening medicines. It seemed too good to be true - it was like thats what every fat man is waiting for. But it worked - 6 months of follow ups(I was promised 15 kgs in 3-4 months) and I stand 14.7 kgs less. I now need to check whether it stays- I am hoping it does. Will update if anyone is interested
