Would Like to share my overall experience in the Jaipur Gems & Jewels Showroom Jayanagar, Bangalore.They Proudly show Ads on TV saying that they are one of the renowned shops selling Geniune gemstones in bangalore.
I have gone twice to thrice to the same place , Customer Service is pathethic, Starting entrance sits the Arrogant Owner. Who keeps track on what is happening. and there are two Ladies with always showing their anger face are there with not even a smile. On their face.They Need to take training on how to handle customers.
The Real Gemstones are not shown to us instead a Dummy one is show which is placed in the Showcase glass. So first they confirm( They ask three, four times) to you are going to buy .Then only they show it .The Gemstones are only shown by the owner or his Son and no one is allowed to do so since they think either the showroom girls can rob the gemstones or even the customers can do it .
People therefore need to wait nearly hours so that after one customer finishes then he can show gemstone to other customers. Now Coming to the Guarantee on the Gem stones , There is no such Warranty or Guarantee that if the gemstone is not providing any goodluck to you there is no exchange on the stones or Moneyback. This Sounds absurd and Foolishness Since they are the renowned Gem Stone makers dont have faith in themself on the gemstones they give.
I had Already taken one Gemstone and when asked for exchange the Shop Owner in a shrewd way says says that no exchange is allowed.
There are two to three astologers available on consultation, they charge Rs.251 after one time consultation if U see
the Issues are not resolved its difficult to get back to them on phone.The Ladies in showroom say he is busy and will tell them
to contact later.
My Sincere Sugesstions is avoid this place , Because all of your hard earned money will go in vain buying these
expensive gemstones or Just Try out this way Tell the Owner(Mostly he will not Agree) that if the issue does not resolve in few months I want my money back.
Simply dont go by TV ad blindly as the Persons on TV are paid to say good about their showroom.
Also visit many other showrooms also where money back scheme is given on gemstones
