It Will Mix and Grind Your Patience!. Review on Jaipan Juicer Mixer Grinder

I bought a Jaipan juicer mixer grinder for my family almost two years ago. We were very excited and it performed pretty well in the first few months. The equipment had a nice glossy finish and portrayed contemporary looks at the same time. I thought it was a good purchase until my mother discovered some serious flaws in it. Following are the details –

Material / Body: Extremely substandard. I never imagined this type of quality from a reputed brand like Jaipan. To my utmost shock, it cracked automatically without giving any prior intimation. My mother never hammered it or dropped it from her hands by mistake. So, there was no reason whatsoever for it to not last even for a year!

Blades: I must confess that I have no complaints as far as the blades are concerned. This probably is the only good thing with this mixer grinder. No matter what type of ingredient my mother used to pour inside it, the blades performed nicely at the time of grinding.

Lids: The lids never came with proper safety clips! As a result they often used to get wide open in the middle of mixing and grinding the ingredients. We faced severe inconvenience due to this as the food used to get spilled and made the kitchen a real mess on a regular basis.

Jar Spindle and Jar Base: Very problematic. I discovered that if the jar remains unused for just about three to four days, the spindle developed the tendency to get jammed on its own. At times it became so hard, that it was almost impossible for the motor to perform any type of rotation whatsoever! And I needed the help of a local mechanic almost every month to keep it free from getting jammed. This also made the task of preparing relatively simple things such as tomato puree and coconut chutney almost impossible.

Sound: My Jaipan juicer mixer grinder turned out to be a noise making machine! When operating at its optimum speed, it made a great amount of noise, and obviously, it disturbed our peace as well as patience.

Finally, the Jaipan servicemen turned out to be inefficient, rude and unqualified! At the same time, their customer service over the phone was certainly not up to the desired standard. Therefore, I would not recommend Jaipan juicer mixer grinder to anyone.
