Small hole in the wall place on Linking road, amidst all the shoe stores on the western side. This is an old shop owned by a sikh fellow. You would get the usual chicken tandooris, seekh kebabs, tikkas etc. But what is really nice are the fish fries, prawn fries etc. Done in the regular koliwada style, you gotta wait to be served. Most people get a take away, but some people eat there too. It is cheap and the food is excellent. Because of the very high turnover, you can almost be rest assured of the quality and freshness of food. Any evening, if you stand facing the Barista on linking road, you will be able to smell your way to Jai Jawan. Go eat there, you will come back for more.
