Purpose. Some people try to stop them but it don't make any difference. When Priyanka chopra( abha mathur) got her first posting to this district.she was shocked by the state of that district. Then she realizes that her department also involved with this local mafia. Then she resolved all the problem in her way.
Overall movie was inspiring. Actors such as prakash jha, priyanka chopra etc did awesome work. Movie defines real face of land mafia and politics from north side Region. So it was ok to watch the film.
