Jai Gangajal starts off well but then turns into a typical Prakash Jha movie. It is a sort of film that has no purpose except to glorify a women cop. The plot is really weak. They try to balance it out with good performanced from both Priyanka and Prakash Jha but yet fails to create the right impact.
Terrible background score and a really weak second half are the main let downs. The movie can easily be missed if you are not a die hard fan of Priyanka or Prakash Jha.
