Pathetic reply to after sales service.no one bothers to contact if the customer has a query? in-spite of writing 2 emails to them. cell no 9619487332
My Metropole flush model 1085 was replaced with a defective piston yesterday which should be under the 10 yr warranty period? I could not find any warranty finger prints on your site.
The service engineer has charged me 2050 rs for it. On inquiring with him with regards to warranty he said only minor fixes, loose taps etc are covered and for all parts not working it would be on charge basis.
