Just wont deliver the parcels. Review on Jabong

Please accept ence so we all beware of such goons as Jabong who just loot off your money. I ordered a pair of sandals for myself and a pair of running shoes for my husband from his id dharmender.nebhnani@gmail.com last weekend but even after one week of it being out for delivery the courier partner Javas hasnt got it delivered.

They stressing on id proof necessary when the delivery person Rahul came last monday didnt have any manners and banged the door continuosly even after my son saying papa is coming so please wait. As my husband didnt have any id proof with him he simply refused to deliver it.

The other parcel was due next day so my husband told the supervisor who called him in afternoon to get both delivered next day and id proof copy will be kept ready. But they never turned up again and just kept sending out for delivery msgs for few days which is harassment for a prepaid order as delivery person was calling my husband and coming to the address mentioned.

Even after repeated mails we are just getting copy paste replies of coordinating with logistics department since one week now! This is the latest reply which is simply unpardonable and beyond tolerance!

Then where does the need for an id proof arise because since its kept ready they havent turned up to deliver the parcels. Shameless goons they are.
