I ordered an item that was not delivered on time and was due 6 days with no update on tracking since the second day of dispatch. Inspite of calling several times to update on it arrival, they say only apologies and say that they do not have any update as well. I called 7-8 times but had no update or commitment. I asked for refund, which again, they cannot commit the date. Is it fair?
Atleast I asked them to drop email regarding the confirmation for my refund request. I asked through calls and emails, but the only reply is " We have acknowledged your complaint". " We shall revert back with an update soon."
What kind of service is this. This is very unfair.
I even tweeted this issue on their posts and their page. No use. Terrible site!
Had there been a very poor option, I would have marked it.
