Cheater Site No. 1. Review on Jabong

Jabong is the first online shopping site which I used to make my first purchase of Leecooper shoes. It was when the site was in its initial period. That time I had received a discount coupon as a complimentary gift apart from discount on Mrp. I used that coupon aswell on my next purchase of some kind of shorts and tshirt. This was all in the first year of the launch. But for last few months I am dissappointed with jabong for their products and customer service. As compared to other sites like flipkart, amazon etc. jabong is limited with its categories of products mainly restricted to fashion. But on sites like flipkart we can shop as if from a supermarket. Coming to my experience in the recent past, I had ordered a casual jacket which was a lot different from its discription on the site and looked like a used sort of product. The quality was worst and the size and fitting totally opposite for a slim fit which the product was supposed to be. This product, I got it returned and recieved the amount paid in cheque form. Till this point it was okay. Here comes the unfortunate part for me. Again I ordered a coat for my nephew which arrived in 5-6 days from order date. But the coat again was of a deteriorate quality. So I again returned the coat via courier so that it will reach fast. After few days I called on their customer support for enquiring about the refund. Their executive confirmed me about the arrival of the returned product and assured me that refund will be deposited in my bank account within 15 days, so I game my bank details to them via email. But even after 1 month the refund had not been done by jabong. So I again called customer support, where they asked whether I have sent the product on the right address or not. So I game the courier details and th eexecutive checked in their system for it. And he said YES, they have received the product and asked me to wait for few more days. But after many days when there was no refund done I again called and asked, and to my surprise the reason they gave for nonrefund was a shocking one. What the customer service executive told me was "I cant find your details in the system, so please talk to my senior." The senior for their defence told me that " They have not received the product thats why they didn't refund my order amount". Here's the important thing to look at and decide whether Jabong is cheater or not.
