I was a huge fan of jabong., i think had more than 25 txns with them, had a good experience.but a shocker came now.placed 4 different orders
( that too prepaid)on 24may, received none.i called them upto know the status, they came up
with a reply that all orders have been canceled by finance deptt for the reasons they dont know, they will look into it and all kinds of stuff which cc of online shops usually say.
though this time the supervisor was apologetic, when I told her that I had to take all products with me as I wont be visiting india for a year or so.but again switched btwn finance deptt then shipping deptt and warehouse, quality issues were also one of the reasons told by her in order to cover up the issue on one hand and simaltaneously saving the sites reputation(wanted me to believe that their site has like FDA standard quality checks and since all of the items, abt 30 items of diff manufacturers, could not pass those stringent checks they were not able to send goods) and wat all.virtually giving reasons that were hard to digest.i have started believing that as the sites revenues escalates, the service of such online sites gradually starts detiorating.thse people start believing that its their right to take people for granted and befool them.lets see what happens with the pb I m facing, refund or goods.anything but quick.order ids 120524830569576., 120524634929877, . 120524808016980.
