When I hear about Jabong the things that come to my mind is Fashion Apparels and Shoes. Not a frequent shopper on Jabong, but whatever I've shopped so far, I have no complains. The rate of most products are quite high, hence waiting for a great deal is ideal, some stuff are quite affordable though. Some deals are quite interesting, makes one want to buy things even when you do not need the product. The clothing section is great with decent help with the fitting size and the pictures of the apparel from all possible directions.
Some time ago I had committed an error with the shipping address, and having noticed that I wrote them a mail, and got an apt reply solving my problem. So far I've bought a pair of sneakers and a dress from jabong and don't have any complains regarding the quality or the size and have no experience regarding the return policy.
So overall, my experiences were good, no issues with the delivery and would like to recommend Jabong to people who love shopping, especially Apparels.
