Hey guys! This so called JABONG may have been ONCE a best online site to shop but not anymore. It's at it's verge of terrible downfall.!
On 23rd July I ordered two products in one order. Thankfully they delivered one product in time. And then comes the problem with another product. No update or whatsoever. Even after the estimated delivery date the product was not even dispatched leave alone being delivered.! They gave me no update regarding the delay too which is usually given by other online sites in such case! And then I wrote a mail asking for an update but it was in vain! I didn't get any reply for it. Then I called the customer care. Customer support is the stupidest service ever! They don't take calls unless they keep us in long hold. Also there's no guarantee that the line will be connected to the representative even after that. It will get simply disconnected! And as it is not toll free we will was charged. So basically we will be charged to simply listen there crap that they play while keeping us in hold! And finally when I was connected and talked to the representatives they had the same answer for me! "PLEASE BEAR WITH US". "PLEASE WAIT"! Finally after ages of the complaint being registered. They gave me a solution - "CANCELLED ORDER"! Horrible service! It's just better for JABONG to shut down if they have no scope to improve there service. Think twice before buying in this site guys! Never coming back to this horrible site!
