The service is very bad. it took 9 days to deliver my package and when I received there was a bit of size problem then I called up the costumer care number they said I have to courier it back to the address yhey give and it takes 30 days to get my product back.
Finally I tried calling them and then there is no answer. after so much of request they said they will send some one to receive the package but no one came finally I had sell it on olx with very bad price that also I have just tried once with reduced 500 bucks. from that day on I never shop on jabong its services are totally waste. They have good offers but very bad service which is of no use. I bought puma shoes for 1500 bucks. buy only your in heart of the city.
