I am a Jabong customer since May 2012, when they were in infant stage. My first shopping experience was super awesome and beyond expectation.
I placed an order around 12 noon on a Sunday and my order was at my doorstep at 8.30pm same day which was a Sunday. Since then Jabong is preferred shopping site. Believe me, with time, they have become better in service and range of products. Generally with growth it’s difficult to keep up with the same service standards but Jabong has managed it well.
Even today, I shop with Jabong and have experienced all kinds of situations like returning an item for size, fit, defect etc., refunds but never faced any difficulty . It has super smooth. I am addicted to online shopping and have shopped from number of sites. Some were awful, some were just ok, but none has surpassed Jabong so far. Jabong has set a benchmark for all other shopping sites.
