Fed up with Poor Service. Review on Jabong

Never buy any product from Jabong and I will prescribe any other online retailer than Jabong. Their service is far better than Jabong. I acquired an item from jabong and I didn't care for it. So I started an arrival and the date that was given to me was a Week so I needed to arrange as per that. Later conveyance individual called me following day and he was requesting the item as though he was the proprietor of jabong. What's more, I had drop my arrangement and originate from another city to simply give back the item. Following day I just got a redesign that your arrival is being scratched off. I rang client mind no reaction. Sent one email also and they let me know it will take 5 business days in email. Also, attempted to make another arrival demand there was a mistake message expressing you have officially raised an arrival. I needed to hold up and there was no other choice. Following 5 days still the determination is not given so throwed the item as it was waste for me. I will prescribe my companions no utilization jabong and lean toward Myntra where I was totally fulfilled by determination.
