I have placed 2 orders through JABONG.COM 3 weeks ago amounting to Indian Rupees 8, 000/- for order no's. 81337 and 88305 for some cosmetic items and hand bags. Still after 3 weeks they have failed to deliver the products and when I am asking to give my money back they are simply ignoring it by saying they will only refund after my product either reaches me and I return the product or if I deny to receive the products, then only they will issue me my hard earned money back. Quite Ridiculous!!!
They have sent the items through their own Logistics GOJAVAS. This type of scenario has happened to me twice in last 2 months with JABONG.COM. Last time they sent apology email and told me this will never happen again and they will ensure that. And it happened again for god sake.
I firmly believe that they are using public money by a wrong way to gain a business benefit, and after using for say 2-3 months they are going to refund back the money I suppose, if they at all does that?!
I am taking this matter to the consumer court of India. And want to ensure that I want to be paid for all the agony physical, mental and financial that I have gone through. And should be compensated for using my money. And none of our fellow citizens should be cheated by Jabong.com or any other online shoppers by that matter. Would appreciate to know if consumer compliants.in has any provision of helping out citizens on this?
