Its was the real bad experience with Jabong. I have ordered Shoes with Jabong, it was supposed deliver after 6-7 days, but not received any call from courier person but in tracking system it was showing " Delivery attempt failed(No response from customer) " . finally I called up customer care, after 3-4 times attempts called was picked up and said will update you and make it delivered as earliest. finally I got a call after 15days from courier person, I have rejected as I was out of station and called up and mailed to jabong for the refund, but till today I have not received the money. last one week I was trying to call customer care but no one is responding the call. finally today my call was attended by cc and said, now they will proses for refund will take some more days.
