Disappointing Return policy of Jabong. Worst part is, till date The product which I had requested for return, has not been picked even after several calls& Emails to the carejobang team. I Had ordered a Shirt on jabong, made online payment as well. The product didn't fit me, so initiated return on 17.08.2016 after getting in contact with the customer Care of Jabong. After 2 days got message from ecom that product will be picked up today. Nobody shows up . Contacted the no of ecom support team for three consecutive days. Response from them was held in traffic jam, pick up on the way. Thereafter registered the complaint with jabong care. Was promised of action. In spite of repeated request nobody picks the material. I have one doubt- If the ordered Item can be delivered by Jabong to my address, why is that they are finding it difficult to pick the item back from the same address. Well that's called the Worst Return policy of Jabong.
