First of all E-shopping is waste of money and time. They increase the price and then offer exciting discounts on it{Esp Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong} and once the product is sold they don't give you proper after sales service even if you received a damaged product.
So I Ordered 1 American Tourister Bag, 1 Tshirt, 1 Sandal from Jabong.com. received within 4 days time. The product was in good condition and not old stock or used.
One Thirst I ordered didn't fit me well size wise so I mailed regarding a Return and they said to courier the T shirt which would cost me around 100-200 Rs. But I argued a free return policy as stated by them on their website and they said they don't offer such facility in my area.
The next question was if you want to sell you can come and deliver the goods but if asked for return then immediately the service is not available in my area? To which he responded by a moment of silence, after which I never called as the main goal of online shopping is time saving and convenience which I think Jabong failed to deliver.
