I've had a great experience with Jabong.com when purchasing a few salwars, jeans, shirts, t-shirts and formal trousers. Thought the quality of product was not great all the time, the service was.
One I had ordered for a product which was supposed to fit my waist. However, as it turned out, the jean did not.
Though return pick up facility was not available from my town, Jabong customer service still agreed for return pick up as a one of scenario and arrange for a pick up in less than 24 hours.
You do get good discounts on most products but know the brand before you buy it as some brands use sub-standard quality of clothing.
I'm a 100% satisfied customer of Jabong.com and do not have any issues in referring them to others.
