I ordered a product from them, expected delivery date was 3rd march and the status kept on showing "In transit" till 3rd march. On calling customer care they tell me that the product was cancelled from my end and has now been returned to the seller.
They apologized and replaced the order. Now new delivery date was for 12th march and today they are telling me the exact same thing that the order has been returned to the seller because it was cancelled from my end.
What the hell guys! Totally unexpected from jabong and this is the last transaction am having with them.
even now when the order has been returned to the seller, the status shows "In Transit"
What do you think?
Your customers are not fools.and dont try to make them so!
