I ordered for an item from jobong online shopping. I received the Item and found the item wasn't in working condition. I wrote back to the customer service regarding this. In response, I was told to return back the item and they would refund the money back. I did the same expecting that they would return the money back. It has been 1 months and I haven't received the refund.
so, never trusted to online shopping
