I wish to inform you that I had bought a Navy Blue Polo T Shirt of Jack & Jones vide above order. I am regularly buying goods from your online store and have been a satisfied customer all the while.
Though the above product was bought in November 2014, it was only today when I opened the same to wear it and was surprised at the inferior quality of the product supplied. The Polo has white patches all over and thus it cannot be worn. I express my disappointment as I am dissatisfied with the product and especially when it is bought from Jabong who normally follow stringent pre-despatch inspection.
I understand your refund policy which is time bound but I would still like to bring to your notice about the factual position. The matter deserves your urgent attention and I would like you to respond quickly by crediting the refund to my Jabong account.
