I have ordered from Jabong quite few times.
Jabong delivery keeps delivering or handing over products to random ppl.
They dont bother to deliver product to door steps.
There are instances where they hand over product to kids that they see in apartment or who ever they find.
I complained about this and Jabong did not take action. Recently I made a purchase of multiple products and did not get the delivery. When I mentioned to Jabong, they send me a recipet where there is a random sign of a person and they claim that product was delivered to me. Delivery guy comes and tell me that there was some mess up with delivery and they are supposed to reimburse and will do refune. When I reach out to Jabong, they keep showing me random signatures which is not even mine and claim that they cannot give any refund and they will not look into the issue also. They send me an email saying this is the last response from us and we will not reconsider or refund! RIDICULOUS! I have been following up with Jabong for more than 2 months now.
I have neither received product not refund! They dont even bother to acknowledge or respond - Order 160307716406397
