I do quite a bit of online shopping and was really impressed by the way your site handled my order. I think Jabong has pioneered 2 great innovations which sets it apart from all other online retailers, which will make customers like me come back to shop at Jabong and they are: 1. Not only can I pay on delivery, I can try out the products before I pay for them.
This facility is not given by any other online retailer and as a customer the greatest fear I have is that the product will be defective after I open the box. 2. The delivery person actually carries a card swipe machine so that in case the customer does not have the exact change, he can pay the balance amount using his credit card! Wow! this facility is such a relief! With other online retailers who accept cash on delivery, there is always the hassle of finding exact change as the delivery person never carries sufficient change. By solving this vexing issue, you guys have demonstrated fantastic customer orientation! I congratulate you on your fantastic customer service and exceptional delivery speed!
