I am frequent online shopper, use many websites. I found one jacket deal at very cheap price on jabong once, so I tink let's give it a try. I just order it.
Website and app:
well the purchasing process is very fast and website takes sot so much time in loading and searching anything. The app is more even faster, and design very cool.
delivery time:
It takes 3 days for me I don't know what it can takes for you. packaging is good and sufficient.
Product Quality:
Productt quality is the nly big issue, when I saw the pictures it looks great but when I recieve the product I found bad stitches, also not double locked, material quality is worst in terms of money I gave. so I was upset.
Offers and discounts:
They give me jacket at great offer but I cold not found any good coupon code. so don't like it a lot.
Customer support:
Before sell they answer and guide you properly but Low level customer support after sell. I am not satisfied with product so want to give that back, but it takes 15 days to return and refund my money back.
