Never buy any product from jabong and I will recommend Myntra is far better where u get resolution on time or if customer has any problem they will come back till the resolution is given. I purchased a product from jabong and I didn't like it. So I initiated a return and the date that was given to me was a Week so I had to plan according to that. Later delivery person called me next day and he was demanding the product as if he was the owner of jabong. And I had cancel my appointment and come from another city to just return the product. Next day I just got an update that your return is being cancelled.

And tried to create a new return request there was an error message stating you have already raised a return. I had to wait and there was no other option. After 5 days still the resolution is not given so throwed the product as it was waste for me. I will recommend my friends no use jabong and prefer Myntra where I was completely satisfied with resolution. re no response.
