Complaint 32376867 I ordered a pair of shoes to address X, let's say by, mistake same moment I have dropped an email to change it to Y Jabong sends confirmation it has been changed however parcel got delivered to X which I used to stay an year back.
Jabong said not our problem your parcel had been shipped before we could have changed the address so your parcel got delivered to that address and since our system is showing it as delivered we will consider it as delivered no matter where it gets delivered.
Wow awesome and finally they unilaterally closed the complaint after 20 days.
They promised callbacks but I received 0 of their 20 promises.
Bansal brothers will take it down just like flipkart.
Now you tell if they confirm address and then ship to other and blame their system should I lose my money
Please boycott Jabong to support people suchas myself.
