I purchased 6 Items from Jabong, and on trust basis I did not open the Package in front of FE, but when I opened there after there were only 5 Items delivered and the 6th Item was there in the Invoice stating that it has been already received. It was never received by me.
I raised a complaint with customer care which is still unanswered from past 13 Days and they keep saying that issue has been escalated to concerned department. But that department has not taken any action upon this yet.
Fully frustrated with their customer care, I would recommend all to check the parcel in front of FE only and never trust Jabong in future.
