Orderd the product from Jabong last month . I got the product two days after delivery date that they mentioned when I ordered the product .So when I got the product I don't like the product and I want to return it and want my cash back . So I fill up the returning form on their website and they show me the returning date and which is 4 days after I fill up request.
So when their executive came I gave mine product to him and he assured me that returning is successful and mine cash will return within 7 days . I waited for seven days but no cash is in mine account. So I decided to call Jabong for this issue and they assured me that cash will be in your account as soon as possible within 4 days but after four days no cash so I again decided to call Jabong now this time they said that ur product is not delivered yet . and when ur product came we will give u cash . so I waited for 3days and again decided to call and again same thing. And After 1month I found mine cash back
