After being a customer of e bay and flipkart for long I thought to try out jabong once. I ordered a few chair backs for my new furniture set. The various color choice were shown on the page, and I had chosen orange color to suit the furniture which had orange cushions.
The payment was made. I was waiting for the product when the courier people troubled me a lot with the delivery of the product, they were not willing to come to my house which is in the suburbs and they wanted me to go to their office to collect the item. Then after some big struggle with them, the product was dellivered. When I opened it, I was shocked to see that they had sent me a different color which was brown instead of orange.
Since I did not want to fight with them, I started using that unmatching color of orange and brown which doesn't look good at all. If they can't do their job correctly, I thought never to shop with them again in future.
