*what can I write which you din't heard before about love stories,
there is a boy meets girl, they hate each other instantly, but stuck together
as time progresses love happens.
this is the as simple plot of 99% love stories. but what makes a movie click
1.it's the treatment
2.the acceptance of character by audience
- chemistry between lead actors(mainly for love story)
4.interesting twists to generate enough intrest
5.acting which makes character live
6.melodious music
7.ending must to imphatic.
looking like too much demand, but it's actually not just look at the movie"jab we met"
it has all the things I said above.
imtiaz ali with his first movie impressed me immensly, though film didn't do that well, which that movie deserved."socha na tha"is one of the most underrated love story of this decade.don't believe me see it.
so when I entered, i had lot of expectation.
the minute movie started I was stunned by how beautifully shahid's entry was picturised.
the movie scored just after then again when kareena entered.
by then it was clear that it has something specail.
and how film progressed was mindblowing.everything was looking so good and interesting
in between there were few mindblowing songs.
as far as plot is concerned .yes it seems similar like many movies(ddlj, pyar to hona hi tha)
in patches.but what make it stand alone is how it's treated, and here itself is a winner.
you see kareena like never befor(the second basanti of bollywood), it's her one of the nicest performance ever, and believe me when kareena will retire she can proudly say that I did"jab we"
shahid is I think the new lover boy of silver screen after srk.romance comes easy to him
you can see that in"ishq-vishq", "vivah", but in jab we met he is looking so good.infact despite of
the candid character of kareena which makes people go"ga ga"over her, he is the dark horse of the movie.the best performance of shahid till date.
million thanks to imtiaz, the wonder boy of cinema, such a sense of filmmaking, he will make it big, and is in surely on of the most talented director of bollywood right now.
cinematography is brilliant, i can't stop wondering if one can shoot in india so beautifully, why to go outdoor.indian real location are the spice of the movie.
music is just too good, pritam is getting better which time, and we can put in right at the top of his musical career.
on the whole I never seen so good complete love story after "ddlj"(the milestone of love story)
it's certainly a must watch for someone who is fond of love stories.a must watch for all youngster,
