Last year in the month may I planned a trip to beautiful city of chandigarh and for my stay I opted for a 5 star hotel and since there is only one 5 star in the city I had to book rooms in J W marriot hotel.
I was greeted very warmly even by the valet at the hotel gate.
Then at the reception, since I had my romms booked they immediately checked us in.
The rooms were already chilled with AC and in some time they sent us welcome gifts for choosing their hotels.
The rooms no doibt being 5 star were very comfortable but its the service that really impressed us.
My sister asked them if they could bring us a pair of contact lenses from the nearby market and they not only agreed they delivered it to our room in a very presentable manner with flower decorations and all.
The terrace offers you a infinity swimming pool and they hardly allow anyone without swimming costome but my mother was allowed without it again their polite service.
They offer excellent cuisine too
At the dinner they had great service and cooking was also upto the mark.
In the night they had beautiful fountain work and the ambience was very relaxing the noise of the city traffic not at all disturbs your night sleep.
Next morning they even invited us to the gym and followed it up bu their complimentary breakfast.
I had a memorable overall experience with the hotel and I plan to visit again for the same.
