I did a family get together of around 150 pax and was shocked by their unethical treatment of customers. They refused to serve certain items by saying that its not included in the package though they charged full amount from me.
The Restaurant Manager Mr. Vijayan and his Serving Staff Mr. Paras and Mr. Kalam were local cheats who charged me extra by saying my number of guest exceeded.
Their Sales Manager Ms. Mickey Singh were a liar who promised me all kind of fancies but at the time of the event were nowhere to be seen.
Overall never ever give an advance amount or book any event as they are shameless creatures who will show you heaven but in return you will be given a hell treatment.
Plus this is not the original JW Marriott and is been run by some Fabworth Corporation who are money minded crooks. They will not leave a single moment of looting your hard earned money.
I got saved as I approached the Consumer Court and complained about their atrocities who made me get my money from these unscrupulous idiots.
Avoid this place at all cost.
