Hi Friends! Today I will write about the experience of mine which I am going to share with you all.It is about the famous JJ Bakers Hazaratganj Lucknow.It is a bakery shop.Now I will tell you in details -
Food And Presentation- They have the varieties of cakes and pastries and other bakery stuff.Some of their items are ok whereas some are below average.They have the varieties of egg and egg less cakes and pastries.Talking about their double layered chocolate pastries is it has too much quantity of chocolate and sugar therefore you can not feel the taste of chocolate in it due to over quantity of chocolate.Coming to their Black Forest Pastries so it costs you 450 INR for 2 piece.Which is quite expensive.Talking about the Biscuit so they have variations like Badam Sugar Less, Choconut, Butter Badam, Dry Fruit Special, some of the biscuits are good in taste in quality and taste whereas some are too bad Butter Badam and Dry Fruit Special are a big bluff as these biscuits do not have anything in it like their name.You won, t get any butter taste or dry fruits in biscuits. The presentation is just satisfactory they serve you food in use and through plates.
Ambience-On the name of ambience you will see the diffrent counters of Cakes and pastries biscuits and cookies etc.The entrance gate of shop is made of glasses .Shop is air conditioned but the big minus point there is no sitting arrangements.You have to eat your items standing or you can take it away.Shop always remains crowded and staff is quite confusing due to crowd.
Customer Service-It is satisfactory only when you go to their shop and buy an item.If you are booking an item for home delivery so good knows when will you get it.As they are very lazy and late home delivery system.I have booked Designer Cake 2 on the birthday of my elder brother in the morning 9AM and I had to wait for the entire day for the delivery of the cake I got the cake delivered at 8 PM .And when I opened the box of cake so there were nothing remain designer in cake as the cream of cake as melted and the design was disslove .So home delivery is so pathetic and irritating.
Value For Money-I will cal it half value for money place as some of their item are on reasonable price with good taste and quality whereas some of item are below average with high rates.Taking about their cake and pastries so you can get good cake and pastries on much less rate as the price of some of their cakes and pastries are very high in comparison of other bakers.
My opinion about this place you can visit here for eating Bakery Items but do not order anything for home delivery.
