Encountering Jack problem

In 2019 purchased a couple of JBLT160 earphones after using for 4 months one of them stopped working because of facing jack problem. I registered my problem to the JBL team and requested them for replacing the product with new one under the warranty period. They took 5 to 6 months to replace.


Many mails exchanged between us and I was only getting a simple response We are processing your request you will get response within a week but those weeks became 5 months.


Finally they sent a new one but that also encountered the same problem with in 2 months. I have to hold continuously the jack in a specific position for its perfect working.


They should change its jack design, make it straight instead of curving also make their warranty helping process fast.


Overall it was really bad experience with the JBLT160 earphone with in a year 3 earphones stopped working. I will recommend you don't buy go with another one.
