I bought this earphone from jbl store and While buying store person said that there is a replacement policy for JBL if any problem occurs in earphone within a year then my earphone will be replaced.
Then I used it for 6 months after 6 months of usage one side of earphone is not working I was shocked!
Then I visited the store again to get my replacement and I told to them and showed my earphone and gave my bill but they are not ready to replace my earphone and they says we are not responsible for a physical damage we cannot replace.
Inspite of asking several time they replied the same and I am very disappointed with the service they does and for their wrong commitments.
The same thing was happened with my skullcandy earphone also.all brand earphones are fraud except sennheiser because I tried all brand earphones.
