I placed my first order with https://iwasugly.com. I couldn't find any review for them hence decided to give them a try. I wrote to the customer care before placing my order asking for a discount to which they replied saying they will send a free gift with my order and asked me to confidently place my order.
Within 24 hours of placing my order I received an email stating the product I ordered is not available and a different product has been dispatched. they modified my order and dispatched the courier and said any difference would be refunded.
Above made me sense that these are fraud retailers. After receiving this mail I objected and demanded my money back to which the customer care responded in highly arrogant and abusive manner.
Its very funny to see the reply of the customer care. Posted below is the entire trailing mail to help people understand why they should never order from these people. Just stay away from this website no matter how attractive their prices may look.

I am raising a charge back dispute with my card company. I am not going to accept the courier even if you send it as you are shipping the wrong product. You dont have the right to modify my order and ship a product as per your liking.
You guys are waste of time. I am going to write negative reviews about your website on Facebook and MouthShut_Official and other communities as well. I will inform everyone in my capacity to refrain from your website.
