I ordered a product ( a coffee mug with them ) They delivered at wrong address and I had to follow them up for a week. They kept blaming on the courier service, they do not take they responsibility. It was a traumatic experience ! Second time I ordered a t-shirt, a white one, They couriered a black t-shirt. When I sent them a mail, no one followed up. I swear I am never going to order anything from iTasveer again. Just by posting photography tutorials on Facebook and twitter won't help. They are so engaged into social media , that they have forgotten the basic rules of doing a business.
Customer satisfaction, supply-chain management, CRM support are the 1st and foremost things they should focus upon !
