I m back again wid one more movie review. This time I m penning on debut movie of sahid kapoor. released in year 2003 this movie gained immence popularity among youngsters. This movie had added an edge in amrita rao's image..she gained mass acceptance from general public....also sahid kapoor too was accepted. The movie start wid a catchy lines of amrita's slambook>>>>

"**love is like a bird...

sent it free

if it comes back

its yours

if not

not your's"*

this lines gave you the the very first impression of this movie being a romantic inclined one...

but hey different from routine boring movies of its time

i really liked the movie coz of its actual description of behaviour n routines of college going students..

-like seeing porn movies in 9t or

-crush on other boyfriends or galfriends or

-existence of GS(gal samachari) type character in real college life or

-psychological tags like miss touch me not or behen g among gals

etc....

wellll before all such thing sum sort of movie details...i m sure most of u had already seen this movie as this is quiet old movie :)

*payal ie amrita who is in one sided luv wid sahid since her childhood...rajiv ie sahid on the other hand is on lookout of some bold beauti as like his classmates javed or danny had...

so he took amrita as his just friend.rajiv had a best friend mambo ie vishal malhotra.

*the whole colleg guys make mockery of rajiv n mambo of being single ie widout ny gal friends...the whole film start wid this background in starting.

infact rajiv n mambo had fed up of their single hood fix...

sudden of alll their friendcircle plans an tour for friends...but alas..entry to only couples...

*but, hey rajiv n mambo r singles naa ?????????????

now rajiv n mambo r keen to go in this trip....but, how...

sudden of alll yash tonk ie GS suggest sahid too took payal on the trip..initially rajiv was reluctant to took her on tour...but latter he had none option ..

although mambo had resisted his this move ....but rajiv thought to say goodbye to payal wen the tour is over....

so he proposes payal...infact payal was in maze how this had happenned sudden of all..she luvs rajiv wid core of her heart...for her rajiv is not one person only..he z d ultimate guy for whom she had every time aspired for...

*rajiv's move means a lot to her.....

*so now both the couple move together in college...go to movies...even payal took a karwachauth fast for rajiv(an edge of payal character)..

but rajiv is rajiv...he never cared for her feelings ...for him his ultimate objective z too took her on tour n nothing else about personal feelings of hers.

anyways they gon together on the tour...where both couples had an argument over sahids effort toward amrita..n finallly amrita slaped sahid....n sahid too explodes..

latter sahid asked amrita to kiss him publicly n amrita not kissed him(by saying my luv z not so cheap to proven by such weird things)

frustrated sahid go alone widout even his best friend mambo by saying one day he ll have most gorgeous gal wid him as his gal friend....

so whole film again got swings in the wink of alisha alias sehnaz....sahid allurres him(no doubt wid help of GS n offcourse sachin's clone :)

*but , has sahid had recovered himself from payal ??????

*nosahid too is not that bad guy...in the dating days wid alisha he realised that alisha is not the perfect gal or miss right for him....

only now he realises the unconditional love of payal...her first call as like his every b'day or her's other concerns for him now catches the attention of sahid.

confused sahid realises his inclination on the day of his b'day when alisha puts payal into a flirt charges...n on alisha's room sahid spells payal...(a typical bollywood flavour :)

*now cumes where alisha is ready to sacrifice or not ?????

*alisha tooo in end realises that sahid n amrita r perfect match as spelled by their classmates..

so she quits in end(unlike all masala movies)

n

unlike alll a perfect gooooood ending....

-amrita got a gr8 fan following and hers first hit

-vj sehnaaz got his big screen introduction...

-sahids real mother ie neelima played his onscreen mother in this movie too

-i was in class 12th wen this movie was released...initially I recognize sahid as a person who was in pepsi advertizement along wid sahid n rani in 90s...

but it was amrita who was show stealer for me...her gal next door image had kept me attracted toward her for many days...still I think she z most cuteist actress I ever had seen..

she seems soo natural in this movie...

vishal malhotra as mambo was also good...n yash tonk as gal samachari were ok..

in real life their r very few people who had such a deep commotment for their first luv..as college people nowdays believe in spenting sum years together in name of luv n latter partying up...for this generation believing on character of payal will not be easy...

but watching this movie is not a boring experience @ alll.

even despite old formula treatment here was different n songs were enough to allure cine goers for one time..

in last a one time must watch :)
